The DUI laws changed January 1, 2014

Those who refuse to take the test are required to:

*Complete Level II Education and Level II Therapy (minimal is Track B: 24 hours Level
  II Education AND 52 hours Level II Therapy)

*Have a MANDATORY two-year ignition interlock requirement.

*Loose their License for 30 days.

*This can happen EVEN if it's you're 1st DUI or DWAI!

*This can happen EVEN if the DUI charge gets dropped in court!
